I always have a good experience here. From what I gather they will help anyone. Sometimes stores like this get butt hurt if your not a professional in what they sell. I am a plumber and I tore up a sprinkler system installing a gas line. They helped me get everything I needed to make all the repairs.

These guys are great! I'm a dummy homeowner but yet they don't treat you differently than the guy who's in the irrigation trade. Prices are very reasonable. They don't jack it up like some supply houses do when selling to the public. Will answer every question with a smile!

During start-up of my irrigation system, the tech noted my backflow valve was severely leaking when turned on. I was told it was a $300+ job. I looked online and called Reams first; talked w Doug. He knew what I needed, and it was in stock. So, I gave it a shot and was able to remove the old one and Doug affirmed my thoughts on installing the new one. So, for less than $175 I bought the part and had it installed in less than 10 minutes - saving a nice amount of money.

I have visited Reams Sprinkler Supply several times in the past. I am always pleased that I can find the parts I need for whatever sprinkler repair project I have. They also provide excellent advice on DIY. This is the ONLY place to go for sprinkler parts.

I showed up thinking I needed a new sprinkler head, since the bottom was broken off from the hose. They quickly identified the part I needed, and just gave it to me - since it was a 40 cent part, and not worth the paperwork. They are so helpful - and have a system to avoid contact during covid-19. HIGHLY recommend.
